Ingredients
1cupfrozen raspberries
1cupfrozen pineapple chunks
1bananafrozen
8large mint leaves
1cupcoconut water
1 1/4cupcoconut milkor other milk/milk alternative of your choice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If it is still too thick, add a splash of more coconut water or milk until preferred consistency.
Pour into two glasses for serving, garnish with more mint if desired, sip and enjoy!
