A healthy way to enjoy pumpkin spice without a sugar overload! This cold and creamy smoothie is nutritious, filling, and will help satisfy your craving for a slice of pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • whipped cream and/or cinnamon (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover with lid, and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and add whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
