Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallow Clusters

An easy holiday recipe with only 3 ingredients and 10 minutes of work! With festive flavours, they are a perfect addition to your holiday baking!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Bakers chocolate (your preference of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate) , broken into small pieces
  • 3 cups mini peppermint marshmallows
  • 2 candy canes , crushed

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate at 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
  • Put mini marshmallows in a large bowl, then pour melted chocolate over marshmallows. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Droped large rounded tablespoons of the chocolate and marshmallow mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with crushed candy cane. Let set for 10 minutes or until firm.
