Candy Cane Oreo Cookies
The perfect festive treat for the holidays! This Christmas cookie recipe only has 5 ingredients: boxed cake mix, canola oil, eggs, Oreo cookies and candy canes. Christmas baking almost can't get any easier than this!

Ingredients
- 1 461 g box white cake mix (vanilla will work too)
- 1/3 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
- 2 large eggs
- 8 Oreo cookies , roughly chopped
- 5 mini candy canes , crushed*
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cookie sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, canola oil and eggs until thoroughly combined. Stir in chopped Oreo cookies and candy cane.
- Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet at least one inch apart. You should be able to fit 12 cookies per sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until bottoms are lightly browned. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet and serving.
