Balsamic roasted grapes paired with creamy herbed goat cheese and honey make for a beautiful winter party appetizer! These elegant bites pack a ton of flavour, are simple to pull together and pair wonderfully with a glass of your favourite wine.

Ingredients
For the Crostini
1baguette
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil
fine sea salt to taste
For the Topping
3cupsgrapes, washed and halved
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
1tbspdried rosemary
1tspthyme leaves
8ozherbed goat cheese
1-2tsphoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice baguette into 1/4 inch thick slices on a diagonal. Arrange on a baking pan, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle fine sea salt. Bake for 5-7 minutes, flip slices over and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
While baguette slices are toasting, toss the grape halves with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary and thyme and put into a 9x9 baking dish. After crostini is removed from oven, increase temperature of oven to 400°F and roast grapes for 20-25 minutes. Grapes should be slightly wrinkled at this point.
Spread goat cheese over crostini. Arrange grapes on top and then drizzle with honey. Best enjoyed served warm!
