Baked Brie with Balsamic Cherries, Pistachios & Cinnamon Honey
Elegant, simple and an absolute crowd pleaser, this baked brie is topped with balsamic soaked cherries, pistachios and a drizzle of cinnamon honey. Served right out of the oven it's gooey, cheesy and loaded with flavour, making it the ultimate appetizer!

Ingredients
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
2tbsphot water
1/2cupdried cherries
1/3cuppistachios, chopped
200gbrie cheese wheel(8 oz)
2tbsphoney
1/4tspcinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, add balsamic vinegar and hot water to dried cherries. Set aside and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
While cherries are soaking, add honey and cinnamon to a small saucepan over medium heat. Mix together and allow to simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring the entire time. Turn off heat and set aside.
Either use a brie baker, or line a baking sheet with parchment paper if you do not have a brie baker. Unwrap brie and placed in brie bake or on baking sheet. Drain balsamic soaked cherries and place on top of brie, then top with pistachios. Bake for 15 minutes or until brie has just started to ooze.
Transfer brie to a serving platter and drizzle with the cinnamon honey. Serve warm with crackers, crostini or baguette slices.
