1454 gram packagesweet potato fries
3/4cupleftover turkey, cut into bite size pieces
1/4cupgravy
3tbspcranberry sauce
1/3cupcheese curds
fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
Cook sweet potato fries according to package directions.
While fries are cooking, prep remaining ingredients. Heat gravy in a small saucepan over medium low heat, stirring frequently. I also like to heat my cranberry sauce for 20-30 seconds in the microwave as well.
When fries have finished, divide them evenly among two plates. Sprinkle turkey pieces cheese curds over the fries, then spoon hot gravy over everything. Dollop cranberry sauce over top among the plates, and then sprinkle chives. Enjoy while hot!
