Servings 25 servings
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk , divided
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- food colouring of choice (I used neon green and purple)
- Halloween sprinkles, candy eye sprinkles
Line an 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, with ends extending over the sides for easy removal later.
In a medium sized saucepan add 2/3 cup of the sweetened condensed milk and the semi sweet or milk chocolate chips. Heat over medium heat, stirring until completely smooth. Spread into prepared baking dish in an even layer. Chill in fridge while making white chocolate fudge layer.
In medium saucepan add remaining 2/3 cup condensed milk and the white chocolate chips. Heat over medium heat, stirring until completely smooth. Divide fudge evenly into two separate bowls.
Quickly stir in desired choices of food colouring into the bowls before the mixture cools too much. How many drops of food colouring you need will depend on the type you are using and how bright of a colour you want.
Spoon coloured fudge onto the chocolate layer, alternating colours and placement until the first layer is completely covered. Gently smooth together with a spatula, and use a toothpick to create swirls or zigzags through the fudge.
Add on sprinkles and candy eye sprinkles, gently pressing down into the fudge. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Use parchment paper edges to lift fudge from the dish and cut into squares. Enjoy your spooky treat!
