Raspberry Pineapple Mint Smoothie

This delicious raspberry, pineapple and mint smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack! Each nutritious sip is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a hint of refreshing mint!

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut milk or other milk/milk alternative of your choice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If it is still too thick, add a splash of more coconut water or milk until preferred consistency.
  • Pour into two glasses for serving, garnish with more mint if desired, sip and enjoy!
