Unicorn Ice Cream
A magical and fun treat that is a delicious way to brighten your day! This no-churn recipe calls for only a few ingredients and is fun for kids and adults alike!
Servings 1 quart
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 13-15 drops neon blue food colouring
- 13-15 drops neon pink food colouring
- 13-15 drops neon purple food colouring
- Rainbow sprinkles
In a large bowl or stand mixer whip the whipping cream and vanilla together for approximately 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
Separate mixture evenly into three bowls. Add neon blue food colouring to one of the bowls, mixing well. Repeat in other bowls with other colours.
In a loaf pan, spoon in mixtures, alternating spoonfuls of colour.
Once all of the mixture is in the loaf pan, run a knife through the mixture a few times, swirling. Be careful not to do this too much or colours will muddy/blend together into one.
Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight until frozen.
